Change Windows Color in Windows 7

In this Tutorial I will cover how to change the transparent window shading in windows 7.

Here are the steps:

1. Right click on the desktop and click Personalize.
2. In the new windows that pops up, click Window Color found at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select desired color and Intensity.
4. Click Save Changes and exit to desktop.
